3 pancakes without stir-ins or syrup

In medium bowl, combine flour, oats, and baking powder; mix well.
In small bowl, combine milk, egg and oil, blend well. Add to the dry ingredients all at once; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Add one of the stir-in options, if desired.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter into hot skillet. Turn when top of pancake is covered with bubbles and edges just begin to brown.
Serve hot with warm maple syrup.
